1064 – Use of Township Facilities and Services

1064.01   REGULATIONS, PERMITS, AND FEES AUTHORIZED

The Board of Commissioners may, from time to time by resolution duly adopted, establish rules, regulations, permits, and fees for the use of facilities of, and services provided by, the Township of Lawrence Park.  Such permits may be restricted to residents of the Township or may be extended to others in the discretion of the Commissioners.  Any fees established shall not exceed the reasonable cost of maintaining the particular service or facility.

1064.02   COMPLIANCE REQUIRED

The use of regulated Township facilities and services without possession of a required permit or without payment of a required fee and otherwise than in strict compliance with the rules and regulations established and amended from time to time by the Board of Township Commissioners is hereby prohibited.

1064.99   PENALTY

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or of any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction thereof n any suit brought in the name of the Township before any Justice of the Peace, pay a fine or penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each such violation.
