TOWNSHIP OF LAWRENCE PARK

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-04

COUNTY OF ERIE, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA

establishing the tax rate for the year 2025

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Board of Township Commissioners of the Township of Lawrence Park, County of Erie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as follows:

That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within the Township of Lawrence Park subject to taxation for the year 2025 as follows:

Tax rate for general purposes, the sum of 7.92 Mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of .00792 Cents on each dollar of assessed valuation

Any ordinance, or any part of an ordinance, conflicting with this ordinance is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this ordinance.
