AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LAWRENCE PARK TOWNSHIP, ERIE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, FIXING THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR THE TAX COLLECTOR
Compensation for Duties as Tax Collector. The Treasurer of the Township of Lawrence Park shall receive for his/her duties as Tax Collector for the Township, as full compensation for such work, the of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for the years 2026, through 2029. Sums are per annum to be divided into twelve (12) monthly payments to the Treasurer on the last day of each calendar month in accordance with guidelines as provided in the First Class Township Code, Section 603.
All Ordinances or part of Ordinances conflicting with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners on the 1st day of January 2025.
